Ava August was 14 when she performed at Staples Center, Downtown Los Angeles to a SOLD crowd. In the meantime, Los Angeles Kings were playing professional hockey. Ava August had been booked by LA Galaxy and Los Angeles Dodgers, two professional teams for baseball and soccer. In the end, COVID-19 caused the teams to cancel their reservations. Ava August was the youngest performer and appearance in the 19th season of American Idol when she was just 15 years old. Ava August received the GOLDEN TICKER at the Audition Round. Then, Ava August advanced to the Genre round, Duet Round, Showstopper rounds, the Celebrity/Solo Round Top 16, and the top 10 rounds. Ava was voted into the TOP 10 by the American people.
