Ava August
Ava August was 14 when she performed at Staples Center, Downtown Los Angeles to a SOLD crowd. In the meantime, Los Angeles Kings were playing professional hockey. Ava August had been booked by LA Galaxy and Los Angeles Dodgers, two professional teams for baseball and soccer. In the end, COVID-19 caused the teams to cancel their reservations. Ava August was the youngest performer and appearance in the 19th season of American Idol when she was just 15 years old. Ava August received the GOLDEN TICKER at the Audition Round. Then, Ava August advanced to the Genre round, Duet Round, Showstopper rounds, the Celebrity/Solo Round Top 16, and the top 10 rounds. Ava was voted into the TOP 10 by the American people. Ava August sang on American Idol two originals - Neighbor Boys, and Ghost of You. Ava was a vocalist in a duet, which was incredibly powerful with Josh Groban, an internationally-acclaimed musician. Ava came out with her critically acclaimed track Daybreak at age 15. It was accompanied with her first animated music video. Daybreak featured on The Tropical Surf Hour on KX FM 93.5FM on 11/01/20. On the 29th of November, Daybreak was played at 88.5 FM LA/OC before 11M listeners in Southern California.
